34th Annual Parents’ Day Of Fravashi Academy Pre-Primary Section
The Annual Parents’ Day of Fravashi Academy Pre-Primary Section was held on 18th February 2016 at the Dadasaheb Gaikwad Sabhagruha. The theme for the event was “Caravan of Dreams”.
The programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp at the hands of the Chief Guests Mr. Sujoy Gupta, his gracious wife Mrs. Shweta Gupta and the Chairman Mr. Ratan Luth, Vice Chairperson Mrs. Sharvari Luth and other office bearers.
Children from Nursery, LKG and HKG gave their best performances. Their synchronization with the foot tapping music was the highlight of the show. Parents appreciated the efforts of the children with thunderous applause which encouraged the tiny tots to give their best.
Mr. Sujoy Gupta while addressing the gathering, appreciated the hardwork put in by the entire team. He also gave guidelines to the audience, especially the parents to share good thoughts and inculcate good values in the children at their tender age itself.
Mr. Ratan Luth congratulated the teachers and students for the mesmerizing show. A standing ovation from him and the audience was indeed a cherry on the cake.
The show was great success and the parents left with lovely memories of the programme.
Fravashi Academy Endorses Prime Minister's 'Swachh Bharat' Clarion Call.
In an effort to realize the dream of a clean and sanitized India, Fravashi Academy actively participated in the launching of a ‘National Student Engagement Campaign’. This was done in order to make all the students active stakeholders in making India clean.
On this occasion the students from Std 5th to Std 10th administered a ‘Swachhata Pledge’ wherein they pledged to commit themselves towards the cleanliness. They pledged not to litter or let others litter and propagate the message of ‘Swachh Bharat Mission’ in their school and society.
For making this dream come true a Swachhata Ambassador Committee of teachers and students has been formed. This team would be monitoring the cleanliness and hygiene status of the institution and its surroundings.
The Management, staff, students and the support staff have welcomed this scheme and promised to be actively involved in this Mission put forward by the Honourable Prime Minister of our country Mr. Narendra Modi.
Fravashi Academy Jr. College bids farewell to the outgoing students
The 12th grade students from Fravashi Academy Jr. College were given a short but sweet farewell.
The programme was a blend of joy and sorrow, excitement and anxiety, doubt and confidence. The students played games that were stress busters for them. They participated in the Mst. and Ms. Fravashi contest enthusiastically. Mst. Yogendra Shekhawat and Ms. Saakshi Gaikwad bagged the titles. Mrs. Hema Masani and Mrs. Aditi Panse were the expert judges for the contest.
The head boy and the head girl expressed their nostalgic feelings and expressed their gratitude.
The Chairman R.S. Luth Education Trust, Mr. Ratan Luth blessed the students for their future and advised them to cherish values in their lives.
The Vice Chairperson Mrs. Sharvari Luth, The Managing Director Mrs. C. C. deRozario madam, the trustees, the Heads of the various sections and the teachers wished the students best of luck for their future journey.
Fire Evacuation Mock Drill
Towards an initiative to mould and make aware the responsible future citizens, Fravashi Academy organized Safety awareness programme and there by conducted a sensitive Earthquake and Fire evacuation mock drill on 28th January 2016.
The students and teachers demonstrated how to tackle life endangering situations with grit, patience and firsthand knowledge of evacuation, rescue and first-aid.
The officials of the Civil Defence Department Mr. K.D Sangale (Deputy Controller), Mr. Atul Jagtap and Mr. Devendra Baviskar (Assistant Deputy Controller) guided the proceedings and helped create an awareness among the children.
Mr. Atul Jagtap applauded the participants for the active demonstration and also the sensitivity among the children towards disaster.
This venture was greatly appreciated by the Management of the R.S Luth Education Trust, the entire staff and the students of Fravashi Academy.
67th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal in Fravashi Academy. The occasion was graced by the Chairman of the R. S. Luth Education Trust Mr. Ratan Luth, Vice Chairperson Mrs. Sharvari Luth, the Management, the Principals, staff, parents and students.
The Chairman Mr. Ratan Luth hoisted the National Flag. The students invoked the spirit of patriotism through their songs, dance and speeches. The Chairman also addressed the gathering conveying his wishes to all present. He stressed on the need and importance of inculcating discipline which should translate into observance of all rules. He urged the students to imbibe discipline and encouraged others around to do the same.
On this auspicious occasion Mr. Ratan Luth also felicitated the Ace Athlete Bhagyesh Sakhla who has left a mark in the Athletic Arena by achieving a gold medal in the 100 meters run and is now representing at National level Inter-school meet.
Farewell to Std X students of Fravashi Academy.
In a glittering function organized by the management, Fravashi Academy bid adieu to the students of Std X. The day provided a platform to the students to enjoy as well as remember the values that Fravashi Academy has inculcated in them. After a tough competition and overcoming various challenging rounds, Ms.Krushna Bhamre was crowned Miss Fravashi and Mst. Aayush Nerkar as Master Fravashi.
The Chairman of the R.S.Luth Education Trust Mr. Ratan Luth, the Vice - Chairperson Mrs. Sharvari Luth, the Managing Committee, the Principals and Directors and the teachers graced
the occasion. The judges for the competition were Mrs. Namita Kohok and Mrs. Barbara Braganza.
Mr. Ratan Luth in his address advised the students about the importance of time management and hardwork & wished them success for their future and said that ‘Farewell’ is not bidding
Good-bye, but it means to fare well in life! The Vice - Chairperson Mrs. Sharvari Luth also wished all the students a bright future
Fravashi Academy Awarded 3rd Prize in the Inter School Group Song Competition.
In Chetna Ke Swar – An Inter School Group Song Competition organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad, Fravashi Academy students put up a wonderful performance. They bagged the 3rd Prize. The competition was held at Dr. Kurtakoti Community Hall and about 17 schools from across the city participated in it.The students were felicitated with a trophy and certificates. The Management, the Principals, the staff and the students appreciated and congratulated the students for bringing laurels to the school.
Lions Club Felicitates the Principals of Fravashi Academy.
It was indeed a moment of great pride and honour for the Fravashi Family when its torch bearers were recognised by the Lions Club of Nashik Panchavati during its Silver Jubilee celebration on the occasion of Teachers’ Day. The Principal of the SSC section Mrs. Neena Deshmukh & the Principal of the ICSE section Mrs. Sudha Murali were felicitated on this occasion for their exemplary and dedicated service in steering the institution towards greater contribution in the field of education.
The occasion was graced by Mrs. Aruna Oswal, the Lions’ International Director Endorsee. Thirty-four teachers across Nashik District were recognized for their efforts in the field of education in this glittering ceremony which was addressed by Mr. Vivek Sawant MD of MKCL at Kalidas Kalamandir on the 7th of September 2015.
The Management and the staff of the school congratulated both the Principals and commended their whole hearted efforts and relentless support behind every successful endeavours.
SSC Results declared. Fravashi Academy scores a perfect 100 once again.
History repeats itself in Fravashi Academy with a thumping 100% result in its SSC Board Examination 2014-2015 for the 15th consecutive year.Mst. Sucheit Singh Walia ranked 1st in the school securing 96.80%.Mst. Shubham Awhad ranked 2nd and Ms. Neha Gore 3rd in the school with 94.80 and 94.40 percentages respectively.
The school management and staff are extremely proud of this victory in line with 100% in the ICSE and HSC Board results.

Another feather was added in the cap of Fravashi Academy when the students of Std XII passed out with flying colours in the HSC Board Examinations - 2015. Legacy of securing 100 % result for the 8th consecutive year is continued in both the Science & Commerce streams. Amongst the toppers in Commerce stream, Ms. Garima Bedi stands 1st scoring 89.69 %. Mst. Vivek Sareen closely followed her with 86.00% at the 2nd position rank and Ms. Simran Bhandari stands 3rd securing 84.77%.
Similarly, the toppers in Science stream are - Ms. Aashna Agarwal who bagged 1st position scoring 89.08% and followed by Ms. Preeti Sharma at the 2nd position achieving 83.38%. Ms. Radhika Dhedia with 83.08 % bagged the 3rd position.
The Management and the entire team have congratulated the students for this achievement and wished them the best for their future endeavour.

The students of Std XII have yet again brought laurels to Fravashi Academy – Junior College by securing 100 % result in the HSC Board Examinations - 2014 in both Science & Commerce streams for the 7th consecutive year.
The educational facilities of a very high calibre were proved yet again through these results. Amongst the toppers in commerce stream, Ms. Vidhi Sameer Chokhani stands 1st scoring 87.23%. Ms. Nishita Ratnesh Jain stands 2nd scoring 86.31%. Ms. Vaibhavi Vilas Ugale stands 3rd scoring 85.23%.
Similarly the toppers in science stream are - Ms. Sharmin Homi Karanjia stands 1st scoring 85.69%. Mst. Omesh Rajesh Patel stands 2nd scoring 82.00 %. Ms. Akanksha Balwant Sonje stands 3rd scoring 77.38%.
This year, total 77 students appeared for the examination and the results have been truly stupendous. The management and the entire staff have congratulated the students for this achievement.

Fravashi students accompanied by 2 school team members went on a 12 day visit to the U.S during their summer vacations. The students visited places like New York City, Washington D.C, and Kennedy Space Center.
At the NASA and Kennedy Space Center, the students teamed up for the NASA engineering challenges based on Science, technology, engineering and mathematics components. They also experienced the Space Shuttle Launch.
The students had a tete-a-tete question answer session followed by lunch with the former NASA Astronaut James.F.Reilly, II (Ph.D). On completion of the pace center 3 days tour, the students received certificates, medals and autographed souvenirs, from their astronaut guest.
The students were also awestruck and filled with wonder and delight on seeing the Niagara falls, Statue of Liberty, Times Square, Empire State building, Lincoln Memorial, Smithsonian Institution, Hershey’s chocolate world and the amazing games and rides at the Universal Studios and Magic Kingdom Park.
The students had an overall thrilling experience and returned with very pleasant memories and are looking forward to similar educational trips again.
