Admission Procedure

Nursery

The Academic session of the school is From June to May.

Procedure for Nursery admissions usually begins in the previous year in the last week of October and first week of November. Enquiries for the same can be made with the administrative office in the 1st week of November. The required age of the child on 1st June of the academic year should be in between 3 years to 4 years. The dates for release of forms are usually notified in local news papers as well as can be informed on enquiry. Municipal Birth Certificate is must while collecting the form. The circular of instructions is given along with the form on payment of Rs.1000/-. The date & timing of the interaction session is printed on the form itself. This interactive session is conducted for the child & both the parents to get to know about the family before granting admission. The list of selected students is displayed on the notice board & parents are asked to pay the fees immediately to confirm their seat. Use of influence is strictly prohibited.

Stds LKG To X

Depending upon the number of vacancies in each standard & age limit, entrance exam is conducted for the students of Stds LKG to X in the month of April & in June. Charges for enrollment for the entrance exam Rs.1000/- to be paid in the school office. This enrollment / Registration does not guarantee admission. Prospectus, application form & receipt is issued on payment. This receipt is to be produced on the day of entrance exam. The dates of the exam will be notified to you while collecting the form.

Entrance test is conducted for 2 subjects, English & Mathematics. English paper consists of comprehension, Grammar & Composition. Mathematics is based on full text book. Both papers cover the portion of the previous standard . The result of the entrance test are usually declared after a couple of days. Admission is purely on merit. Use of pressure or influence will not be entertained. Parents of selected students are asked to pay the fees immediately after the result to confirm their seat. In case if the Fees are not paid during the given time, the admission stands cancelled. For admission into Pre-Primary section (LKG, HKG) & Std I, the Municipal Birth Certificate & its photocopy must be submitted. For admission from std II onwards, the original school leaving certificate, photocopy of the mark sheet from previous school attended & photocopy of the Municipal Birth Certificate must be submitted with in 8 days of admission.

In case of students coming from out of Maharashtra State, Nashik Division and Nashik City, the original school leaving certificate should be countersigned by the education department of that particular state, division, city. If belonging to schedule caste, a certificate to the extent SC/ST/BC/NT/OBC etc. from the concerned authority must be attached.

Jr. College

For Class XI (Science / Commerce)

  • The admission procedure for Class XI shall be completed within few days after the declaration of the result of ICSE Examination ( Class X – Examination).
  • Admission forms along with prospectus will be available in Jr. College office only for the prescribed period mentioned on the notice board.
  • The form should be duly filled in CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY, and should be submitted on the date mentioned on the notice board.
  • Separate forms to be filled for different Streams ( Science / Commerce).
  • Following documents should be attached to the admission form during the submission.(All Xerox copies should be duly attested by competent authority)
    • Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate
    • Mark sheet
    • Migration Certificate(only for students outside Maharashtra/CBSE/ICSE Board).
    • Passing Certificate
    • Caste Certificate (If applicable) – Photocopy Only.
    • All documents to be submitted in original along with two (2) photocopies of the same. The admission shall be confirmed only on receipt of the above mentioned original documents.

  • Admission will be strictly and only on the merit basis.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after the interaction of candidates with the Principal.
  • List of selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board.
  • Admission fees to be paid for the full academic year only during the period mentioned on the notice board failing which the admission shall be treated as cancelled and the next candidate on waiting list will be given the admission.
  • Please note that no fees will be refunded in case of cancellation of the admission.

For Class XI (Science / Commerce)

  • Admission to class XII (Science / Commerce) will depend on the availability of the seats in the respective streams.
  • A student has to appear for entrance test in English and the concerned subjects of the respective stream.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after the interaction of the candidate with the Principal and the submission of all necessary documents including No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Education Officer- Zilla Parishad (Sec & Hr. Sec.), Nashik.
