Fravashi Academy celebrated Teachers' Day with great fervor and enthusiasm. The programme was inaugurated by the Management members, teachers and the Head Girl of the school. They lit the lamp and paid homage to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.To mark the occasion of Teachers' Day the Standard X students Livened up the show with a variety of performances which mesmerized the audience.Teachers were in high spirit of the 'Chak de Fravashi'. They enjoyed every moment of the games organised by the Management. They had a wonderful and a relaxed time.

The Chairman of the R.S. Luth Education Trust Mr. Ratan Luth in his address said that, 'School is an institution and institutions cannot be owned by any single individual, every person is the brand ambassador and owner of the institution. He congratulated the staff for doing an excellent job and wished everyone 'A Happy Teachers' Day'.The teachers who added on to their qualifications thereby adding glory to Fravashi Academy were felicitated by the Vice-Chairperson Mrs. Sharvari Luth.

An assembly was held in the Pre-Primary Paradise to felicitate the outhouse Activity winner Miss Mehek Tambe who stood 1st in the Monsoon District Roller Skating Championship 2015 Nashik and also secured IInd position in the Roller Skating Competition organized by the Olympic Association of Nashik District. She was given a certificate and a token of appreciation by the Supervisor Mrs. Neha Meghrajani.

The "Jaguar of Fravashi Academy", Bhagyesh Sakhala won the highly coveted Gold Medal in the under 16, 100 meter run at the National level in the Inter District Junior Athletic Meet 2015, which was held at Vishakhapatnam. Fravashi Academy hit the bull’s eye by selecting this Ace runner as the Sports captain for the academic year 2015-16 and he has only proven himself worthy of this position.

Bhagyesh has spread his wings far and wide and led Fravashi Academy to greater heights of glory and fame.

The school celebrated this Eureka Moment of Bhagyesh's success by felicitating him at the hands of the Vice-Chairperson Mrs. Sharvari Luth, in the presence of his proud parents. His coach Mr. Rajeev Joshi was also felicitated in the function. Bhagyesh was awarded a cash prize, a track suit and a dry fruit hamper as a token of appreciation.

The Management congratulated and wished him success for his future endeavours.

Young children enjoy singing. Encouraging them to do so in a team, group song competition was held by the Primary Section of Fravashi Academy. Songs on Nature were sung by the students in groups of 6.

The participation, enthusiasm and singing in rhythm was well appreciated by the judges. Some students showcased special talent by using musical instruments.

Independence Day was celebrated in the Pre-Primary Section of Fravashi Academy. The section looked beautiful with board decorated with tri-coloured activities and children dressed in tri-coloured costumes too. The programmes highlight was tiny tots giving away patriotic speeches and songs. Children also presented a group song in a synchronized manner. The Supervisor of the Section Mrs. Neha Meghrajani addressed the children and informed the children regarding the importance of the Flag and how we must respect it. Teachers and children enjoyed the day together.

An assembly was held in the Pre-Primary Section of Fravashi Academy. This was to felicitate Master Neil Joshi who won laurels for the school by winning a prize in an outhouse competition. He stood First in the 5th Maharashtra day, open rollers skating championship. He was felicitated by the Supervisor of the section Mrs. Neha Meghrajani.

The creative and artistic talent of students was brought to the fore as every student of the Primary section of Fravashi Academy participated in the Drawing Competition held every year as part of Founder's Day celebration. Supervisor Mrs. Rashida Vasi and the judges appreciated the efforts of all the students and winner entries were displayed in the school.

Physical growth along with mental & emotional growth is essential for young children. The students of std. III & IV of the Fravashi Academy visited the exhibition hosted by "Decathlon" Sports equipment store. Students interacted with the staff and learned about sports equipment. The educational trip enlightened students on various aspects of sports gear. They played games like basketball and jumped on the trampoline. Children were accompanied by their teachers.

This competition discouraged the use of thermocol to promote environmental awareness.

Competitions enhance the confidence of students. They become bolder and aware of their surroundings. Keeping this in mind the Primary Section conducted a Fancy dress competition with themes involving instruments used in the field of music and Medicine. Students enacted parts of instruments like flute, tabla , thermometer, blood pressure machine and so on. Supervisor Mrs. Rashida Vasi along with the judges encouraged more students to participate as they felicitated the winners.

The Primary section of Fravashi Academy celebrated Green day on 24th June. The concept 'Save our trees' was promoted through activities. The students and teachers attended school dressed in various shades of green.


Yoga should be made an integral part of one's daily routine. It keeps both mind and body and healthy. There cannot be a better start to a day than simple pranayama and asanas. International Yoga Day was celebrated by the students of Fravashi Academy. Students performed Yogasanas under the able guidance of their physical education trainer. Teachers too participated with enthusiasm.

Fravashi Academy is proud of the achievements of the students who have represented the school right upto the International level in academics, arts, sports and other co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. The school holds the record of hundred percent result year after year because Fravashi Academy truly believes to live upto the motto, ‘LEARN WITH HUMILITY’.

Some of our exceptional 'Jewels' who have reached their ‘Zenith’ at a very young age are as follows:

  • Vidit Gujrati who plays the sport, that challenges the brain and instills patience in the player, bagged 2nd position in the Iran Chess Federation 2006-07, 2nd position in the Asian Youth Chess Championship, 1st position U12 in the Commonwealth Chess Championship, 1st position in the sub junior, 5th Parshrvanath International Open Chess Tournament and 19th in the World Youth Chess Championship 2007. Vidit is the First Indian to be the World Chess Champion in sub-junior U12 and U14 and the youngest to get a prize in the open category in the year 2008-09. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours. Aryan Kawade , a Chess player have bagged the Best player award in National Level Chess Competition 2012.
  • In Karate, a defensive and counterattacking activity of body movements our students, Aryan Jain and Parth Dixit have earned topper positions in the National Karate Championship, 2013 and Abhijeet Patil bagged 1st position in National World Punakoshi Shotkan Karate Championship.
  • A true test of balancing the body is through Skating. Our student, Sanskruti Dhanwate have got 1st rank in the Third National Roller Skating Championship in 2010.
  • Swara Kulkarni a good athlete and who represents the School for various games. She has secured 1st rank in All India Tennis Association Championship,2009 and The best swimmer award in 34th National sports Festival,2008.
  • A Pentathlon race is a real tough task and checks the endurance level of the player. Aaditi Patil, have proved herself by winning 3rd rank in National level fourth modern Pentathlon Championship.
  • ‘No one can whistle a symphony. It takes an orchestra to play it’….And the symphonic tunes made by our Fravashites will definitely make your hearts melt. To mention our Music Achievers we have Preksha Mandlecha with a distinction in the Foundation Level Grade Exam in Music Literacy Theory of Music Grade-2 2008-09, Manisha Jagasia a merit holder in the Foundation Level Grade Exam in Plectrum Guitar Grade-2 and she was also awarded a distinction in the Western Dance Competition organized by the above foundation.
  • Parth Sharma proved his excellence in Plectrum Guitar by achieving a distinction in the Foundation Level Graded Examination in music literacy grade-1 and grade-2.
  • Indranil Khatri and Ruchita Patil were acknowledged with distinction in playing the Guitar and the Synthesizer organized by Trinity Guildhall Foundation Level-1 in music literacy.

  • Balaji Sitaramn was the winner of the George Kozmetsky Award 2004 for outstanding graduate research in Nanotechnology by Nanotechnology of Texas.
  • Predominantly proving the power of perseverance and potential we have our very own Saransh Mody bagging the Black Belt in Karate at the International Level.
  • We have Aastha Agrawal who won a prestigious scholarship and has done Nashik proud. Aastha participated in the Igenius Scholarship organised by the Max New York Life and was declared a winner in the senior category and bagged prize money of Rs. 10 lakhs.
And not to forget our renowned and amazing prodigies who have brought global recognition to Fravashi Academy.
  • Beauty with Brains-“Sayali Bhagat” who won the Ponds Femina Miss India World and who is now adorning the Silver Screen with a few Films in her kitty.
  • Swaraj and Viraj Patil our excellent divers who reached new heights at the International Level.
  • Pradnya Gadre, our ace badminton player who has achieved unparalleled acclaim, is now following in the footsteps of Saina Nehwal.
  • Nashik’s very own Leander Paes- Sameer Paranjpe who has made the city proud at the International Level in Lawn Tennis.
  • And last but not the least we have Fravashi’s “Mobile Encyclopedia”, Yash Puranik who represented IIT Mumbai at MIT Boston and who is currently pursuing his PhD Programme in fellowship in the U.S.
